Philosophy:
I have been a full-time therapist for fourteen years and have worked
with more than 500 clients. My goal is to identify the patterns that are causing
you trouble and find creative solutions. This involves the whole body, mind,
and spirit--nothing is off limits as a venue for creative change. My training
as a Gestalt therapist leads me to notice how your body is or is not incorporated
into your decision making. I am more interested in helping you discover your
own tools for solving your problems than offering you my ideas. I will actively
engage you in session, and I expect that the work does not end when the session
ends. You are the expert on you. My job is to help you discover what, at some
level, you already know.
